Refund Policy

At Le Confluence, we value your participation in our events, workshops, memberships, and programs. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be provided.

Effective Date: 1st April 2025

1. Event & Workshop Registrations

Cancellations by Participants:
- If you cancel your registration 30 or more days before the event, you may request a full refund.
- If you cancel 29–15 days before the event, you may be eligible for a 50% refund or a credit toward a future event.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the event or for no-shows.
Cancellations by Le Confluence:
- If we cancel an event, registered participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their registration to a future event.

2. Membership Plans

Membership fees are non-refundable once payment is completed.
In special cases (e.g., duplicate payment, technical errors), refunds may be issued at our discretion.
Memberships are non-transferable.

3. Business Summits & Special Programs

Due to advance planning and limited capacity, all registrations for summits or premium programs are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer of your ticket to another participant by contacting us at least 5 days before the event.

4. Digital Products & Subscriptions

Fees for digital content, recordings, or subscriptions (if offered) are non-refundable once access has been granted.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 business days to the original method of payment.
Transaction or processing fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
